Audio Troubleshooting
No sound from Content PC
Check correct output device is selected- System setting
- Sound
- Output device: "Speakers/Headphones (Realtek High Definition Audio)"
No sound from Soundboard
From the control pad:- Select "AUDIO" tab
- Confirm the "MIXER" mode option is selected.
- Find the Mic/Aux volume slider track.
- Click the three vertical dots (Kabob menu) next to the Mic/Aux name.
- Select Properties from the context menu.
- Use the Device dropdown menu to choose: "Microphone (Blackmagic Web Presenter).
- Click OK.
Video Troubleshooting
OBS: No video signal from Blackmagic device
- Cycle on/off equipment rack No. 2 switch. This reboots the Blackmagic Web Presenter
Note: No. 2 switch controls the wireless microphones transmitters/receivers
To remove display from live view
Press "OSD" (On Screen Display) button. This is a toggle button, on or off.
1. Check the FB event log. The message should say something like signal received, or something along those lines.
If so, refresh with the web browser refresh button. The refresh button is normally located left side of the address bar.
Be patient there might be like a 10 second delay.
It the web browser refresh doesn't work, try Control + F5. This is a "hard refresh" ignoring any cached content.
2. Adding a title and description might also be a problem, refreshing the browser as well.
