In the process of transferring troubleshooting tips from OneNote documentation found on the content PC.

No sound from Content PC

Check correct output device is selected

1. System setting
2. Sound
3. Output device: "Speakers/Headphones (Realtek High Definition Audio)"

OBS: No video signal from Blackmagic device

1. Cycle on/off equipment rack No. 2 switch. This reboots the Blackmagic Web Presenter

Note:  No. 2 switch controls the wireless microphones transmitters/receivers

No sound from Soundboard

From the control pad:

1.  Select audio tab
2. Confirm the "mixer" mode option is selected.

Mode options:
Auto:  Only paster and Ambo channels enabled, All other channels are disabled.
Mixer:  All channels are enabled

To remove display from live view

Press "OSD" (On Screen Display) button.  This is a toggle button, on or off.

1.  Check the FB event log.  The message should say something like signal received, or something along those lines.
If so, refresh with the web browser refresh button. The refresh button is normally located left side of the address bar.
Be patient there might be like a 10 second delay.

It the web browser refresh doesn't work, try Control + F5. This is a "hard refresh" ignoring any cached content.

2. Adding a title and description might also be a problem, refreshing the browser as well.
