DESCRIPTION:October 8th & 9th \nBefore/After Masses in Narthex \nIn celebration of Respect Life Month\, the St. John the Baptist PREPARES* ministry is holding a diaper drive the weekend of October 8/9.\nPREPARES will be collecting the following items to help support moms and families in need:\n· Diapers (sizes 3\,4\,5\, and 6)\n· Baby wipes\n· NEW clothes\, babies’ size 6 months thru kids’ size 7/8 (onesies\, shirts\, pants\, dresses\, socks\, etc.)\n· lotion/shampoo/bath items for both moms and babies\nDonated items can be placed in the PREPARES crib located in the church Narthex. \n*PREPARES is a pregnancy and support ministry launched by the Washington State Catholic bishops with the promise of care from pregnancy to the child’s fifth birthday to mothers and fathers – no matter their beliefs. The PREPARES program celebrates the gift of life and makes sure that no child – born or unborn – is ever abandoned or alone. Thank you for respecting life by caring for vulnerable moms\, babies and families!
